Now that I have finished all of my holiday chocolate I know without a doubt, unless I go back on the medication I spent the last year getting off of I cannot eat chocolate anymore

Now that I have finished all of my holiday chocolate I know without a doubt, unless I go back on the medication I spent the last year getting off of I cannot eat chocolate anymore

Jane, I've taken myself off chocolate a couple times. I look for fruit-flavored treats and even some non-sweets that just have a flavor I like. I'm not saying it's easy, but if you're resourceful it's not too bad.

Today just flew. I swear I don't know where the day went.

I stopped at a little Indian restaurant that replaced the little Indian restaurant that I used to love and frequent. I never felt the newer one was as good. Even when I ask for a dish to be mild, it ends up hotter than I prefer. I hadn't been there in quite a while. They've remodeled the interior and it's awful. Spruced down instead of spruced up. I gave them another try. Same problem. I don't expect to return. Too bad, because otherwise the food is pretty good. I miss the original restaurant!

I was doing so well before the holidays.  I was in a lot of pain last night & hurt again tonight.  I hope my brain remembers that.  Pain is what helped me to give up my addition to Pepsi & then stop drinking other soda.

Our favorite Indian restaurant in Portland closed before we moved up here.  Aside from that restaurant Keith isn't interested in Indian food as it is usually served too hot.

My new tablet it ready for me to use tonight.  I will try using the blue light filter while reading and hopefully it will work.  I still do not like looking at it.
