I have been on Metformin since 2017 and have noticed no side effects....and the third arm is nice to have when I want to drink while using the computer.

LOL!

I am glad no one has ecperienced the possible bad side effects of Metformin.  I have read it could help my fibromyalgia pain though it wouldn't be worth it if I got those other side effects.  I need to try harder to not need the medication.

Yes, DR Jrand69, I always remembered your guest appearance on that Twilight Zone episode. Of course, back then we all thought it was a trick.

That reminds me of hearing a line in "Look Who's Alone Now" (from "Nick and Nora") as "How a part of me she's grown."  as if she had grown an extra foot or something.

I had to go to a local Louisville CVS to get extra metformin to last me through my stay here. They were able to get me five extra days of drugs — at a price.

Tuesday evening greetings!  Early this afternoon I saw our family doctor about this on-going ankle problem.  He prescribed Prednisone and sent me for an x-ray, which has already been read and deemed clear.  I raised my concern of tarsal tunnel syndrome, but he says the diagnostic test (EMG) is very unpleasant and he wants to try meds, stretches, and rest/icing first.

Overall, I’ve had better New Year’s Eves.

I just finished America’s First Daughter, which I wanted to do before 2020.

Good news about the x-ray but I am sorry for the rest of it.  Is the prednisone a short term prescription?  VIBES THE TREATMENT WORKS!
