There is a Salmonella Outbreak from onions. If you recently purchased any I suggest making sure they are ok.

DR Jeanne I have learned a lot over the years. At one point I basically ate basmati for a year without being able to take nutritional supplements of any kind. I hate that I am eating more basmati these days but at least I am getting healthy food down me.

I also managed a trip to the grocery, which was not like my supermarket back home. It's very strange when you take certain products for granted, such as frozen rhubarb or pie cherries, and not be able to find them. that's now two groceries here without pie cherries.

Had a short talk with Carol this evening. She's still in a lot of pain, and the painkillers they gave her affected her digestion. So, everything is sort of out of whack. She gets transferred to a rehab center tomorrow. It's in the same facility, so the move won't be overly strenuous.
