I never change it, but last year when I brought the car in for a service the mechanic took it upon himself to reset it. I’ve been adding an hour mentally ever since.

I hate that. I had a foot cramp for about three weeks that is finally much better. It wasn't a solid cramp the entire time just ached a bit in-between the violent cramps.
