Good Morning - Here we are in a new week.  The boys had me pinned to the mattress last night and I woke up with a sore back.  Took some advil and it's feeling better.  It's so nice that they want to be so close to Papa, but we're going to have a chat this evening before lights out.

Speaking of Urinetown, I have my first Zoom vocal rehearsal today.  Lots of "tech(y)" things to go over first and they have to be on the ball with that.  Shrek starts tomorrow on Zoom and hopefully we'll have Frozen Jr cast by the end of the week.  It's things like this that keep us going!

It is. I can only think of a couple to add: Boy Meets Boy from Bill Solly and The Gay ‘90s that BK produced the cast album for.

The script for Jubilee has a ton of gay references.  In fact, I suspect both the Mowgli and Eva Standing characters are gay so their relationships with the King and Queen remain nonsexual.  Eva Standing was based on Elsa Maxwell, who was gay, and all of her friends she mentions in the script are gay: Mercedes de Acosta, Greta Garbo, Dorothy di Frasso.

Anmd of course, the joke in "Farming" is who is actually gay, the bull or George Raft?

I got a vaccine appointment for this coming Thursday at my regular Safeway store.  My cousin called me at 9:00 a.m. and told be to sign in to Safeway CoVid vaccines, and I did.  Apparently Sunday morning is when most of the Safeway, Albertsons and Fred Meyer appointment are opened up for the week.

I am very relieved you have an appointment.

Craig received a call from a coworker telling him spots had just opened up through their union site.  He and several coworkers now have appointments at Kroger for next week.

I've just finished my first pass through my 2020 receipts, sorting them into envelopes labeled utilities, rent, income, etc.  Thatch and Stella kept threatening to help me but I was luckily able to keep them at bay. Tonight I'll begin breaking the envelopes down, separating all the utilities payments to Con Edison and Spectrum, the insurance envelope into health, apartment, and life, and so on.
