Apparently, there's a livestream of Lucia that's supposed to be up for a month.

Go about 44 minutes into the link for the music to start.

I couldn’t convince the doctor to throw in a tummy tuck or butt lift with the colposcopy.  I think those should definitely be an included part of the procedure

I would think the butt lift would be standard.

DR TCB it used to be that insurance paid for eye surgery before the eyes got that bad.  My eye doctor said now they wait too long to cover it.

Well, the doctor says mine is very bad.

Good morning one and all!  There's a brand new Broadway Radio Show up on this here website.  I had a great chat with Rick Pender about his new book The Stephen Sondheim Encyclopedia...very interesting and fun.  Enjoy!!!

Thanks!  I definitely want to listen to this one!

So yesterday morning I was inspired by DR George to get a head start on the reading of the new book. I downloaded it, and though I hadn't planned on reading the entire book yesterday, I ended up doing just that. It's mostly what I did all day.

No spoilers shall be dropped, but y'all have a fun read to look forward to.

DR George -- I saw one blank line in the middle of a paragraph, as you reported. Don't remember where, but on flipping through it today, it seemed to be gone. Another thing I saw, which I've seen happen in many Kindle books -- a word will be hy-phen-at-ed, just like that, for no reason, right in the middle of a line. That, too, will change or go away when you next open the app.

It's:  App Crap.

I did notice one needlessly hyphenated word (I forget where so I can't check that), but I checked on the blank lines in chapter 5, and they were still there.  Then, I realized that I hadn't actually closed my Kindle app, only minimized it and turned off my tablet.  When I actually closed my Kindle app (even without turning off my Kindle), the blank lines were gone!  Interesting.

At the barbecue joint, I had a sandwich called the Willie Nelson: smoke Akaushi brisket, pork loin and sausage. The  bun fell apart after a few bites, so I had most of it Keto-style. Quite wonderful.

Sounds like it would have been a very thick sandwich.

Or a very thin bun.

George, what a coincidence, that’s my favorite recipe too!

;D  My salmon burger last night wasn't frozen which I find disgusting.  It is served on a delicious bun with coleslaw, tomato, and an aioli sauce.  I added extra coleslaw instead of fries.

I splurged as my weight was, note was not is, down.

I ate it all up except for a little bit of the bread.  Plus we always split a side of roasted vegetable as an appetizer.

After eating all that I was reminded why my weight was down.  After getting vaccinated I decided I had had enough of being in pain and wasn't going to worry about covid.

I am still hurting some this morning which a walk will clear up.

How do you know that the salmon had not been frozen?

Tonight after coming home from my mom's, I went shopping for mini-cheesecake ingredients so that I can make mini-cheesecakes for dessert for tomorrow.  They're out of the oven but have to cool before I can wrap them and put them in the fridge.

And why would you want to eat a frozen salmon burger?? :o Shouldn't it be cooked??

Nothing Keto about the coffee crunch gelato I had. I tasted my friends' pistachio and vanilla gelati. All were excellent. The place had been open only about 10 weeks and has been overrun, which is great. The owner was passing out samples of his water buffalo pepperoni, which was also really good (we had the meat before the dessert).

Is water Buffalo gamey?
