Went to Ralph's for a little evening food - got seven ounces of pacific sole, more Sparkling Ice, some Lipton's onion soup dip mix and sour cream along with some veggies for it - that will be tomorrow - it's a perfect Keto snack, you just can't do a huge amount of it, have to parse it out ver several days. Came home and sautéed the sole in butter - only took five minutes - very thin pieces - and it was very good.
