This morning, when I made the bed, I somehow managed, when I pulled the bed post to push it back into place, to either pull or tear the muscle in my left elbow. I can barely use my arm, and I'n left-handed! The pain is killing me.

I weed-whacked a large area today. It's been overdue for the past few weeks.

So the motivation just now? Clearing the path to be able to walk over to the neighbor's house for grilled foodstuffs and good drinks on his beautiful deck.

This has been a horrible day. I spent the morning weeping over Karla Burns and the afternoon weeping over my existence and my aches and pains. Every move I take, every step, every attempt to stand or sit is a walk to hell and back. I'm terrified that next week I will learn I have more cancer, I'm worried about living alone. I'm worried about the cats; I had hoped that property was actually selling and that I could set aside money for their care. I'm tired of living and scared of dying.
