I suspected some of the dog vids were, if not fake, done specifically for the camera. There are times when you sit and watch and they're just filming the dog and not helping the dog. And it's the monetizing the videos that gives  it away. Elmore, do you have the names of the ones you suspect are fake, I mean the name of the poster? It seems like it's just two or three people.

Going to the gym today instead of having lunch with good friends was a bit of a bummer.

At least we were able to leave the car at the body shop.  It really wasn't safe to drive.

LOL.  That used to be me.  One time Keith put all my books away, sorting them by author and mixing them with the rest of the books in the book shelves ( I need a screaming face to insert here) ;D

No, I'm sorry.  The petition mentioned no names, only the need to get them off of YouTube and expressing concerns for the safety of the animals used.

We’re going out to dinner at a place where Mom can have liver and onions. We’ll see if she actually orders them.

Wow, there's something I haven't had in years. I wonder how I'd like it now.

My mom made it at home and I loved it growing up. Then there was a little old jernt near the campus where I'd get it now and then during my school years.

(Damned place had the tastiest cheeseburgers and - especially - french fries, too. They were probably deep fried the old fashioned way, in beef tallow or whatever it was. I was last there in 1972, and I still think about the place whenever I see a photo or a map or anything of that area.)

My mom and my sister's boyfriend both love liver and onions.  I can't stand the smell...never could. :P

Sometimes I added sautéed mushrooms, something I don't remember my mother doing.  Mostly I just did liver & onions.

But without the onions, it's pretty forlorn. They're what make it. I think I'd love adding mushrooms.

Back from picking up packages, banking, and then a faboo lunch at Casa Vega - the usual taco and enchilada combo.

I'm thinking that at home we might not have had much of the onion component. But I sire glommed onto it later.

And isn't (wasn't) liver and BACON a thing?

Just gimme all three, damn it.

I remember the shop appraiser & the insurance appraiser discussing what needed to be done and agreeing to the work right then.

Now it can take approximately two weeks, maybe even more, before the insurance appraiser even looks at the photos of our car online and bickers back and forth with the body shop.
