Yesterday, at the hospital, one of the technicians inadvertently did something to my right leg while trying to get me in position on table, and now my leg is in constant pain. Last night it took me forever to get to sleep.

Last night I watched Legend, a 2015 movie about the infamous Ronnie and Reggie Kray, notorious London gangsters of the 1960s. Tom Hardy is excellent playing both Reggie and ronnie, and the cast is good, but . . .

There was a 1990 film, The Krays, which starred Billie Whitelaw with twin brothers Martin and Gary Kemp as Ronnie and Reggie. It was so much better.

Weird night. Had a very bad bout of nausea before bed. But I managed to get some sleep. And the sleep was good. But the muscles in my left foot froze up during the night. I had to stand on it before I loosened up.
