DR RON PULLIAM your friend Forest was quite handsome and was a  fashion maven it seems.

Newspapers.com seems to say he married a girl name Cindy....was best man at a wedding and lived in Stone Mountain, Georgia, and attended the funeral of his mother in law in 1994 with his wife LAURA and two children.  I tagged you in a Facebook post where I posted the pictures of the articles.

That picture was taken the same year he entered Mars Hill College as a Freshman.

It's 35 degrees and should not be colder tonight.  We have a warming trend starting tomorrow, so perhaps the gloomy clouds will also depart and the sun will shine in.

Hi Ron!

Yes, Chas is correct, Lumberton is just a stopping point for us. There is a Country Inn &Suites  right off exit 20 that is always very clean and comfortable as well as reasonable.

And There is a nice Cracker Barrel right down the road

I ushered for Disney Princess tonight. THere were about 1,000 there, many not even four feet high. They were dressed in their princess costumes and had a ball.

I, on the other hand, found too much of the recent stuff to be boring.

I did know of two people in the cast, one of whom has worked with BK: Susan Egan. Also in the cast was Annaliese van der Pol. It was interesting that the women were on stage with a supposed piano player. He did sit at a grand piano, though I don't know if he actually played. The music was canned. He also made many fairy jokes and camped it up to a hilt.

Laura "I won't get vaccinated" Osnes was listed in the credits at the end. She was supposed to have been in the cast, but the lack of a vaccine meant she wasn't going to be cast in anything. Still, she was listed as a producer of the show with her company, which I think is called Princess Party. And she also worked on the costumes/wardrobe.

The Razzie nominations were fun. Sad that Judy Kaye got a nod, but not sorry for Diana the Musical.

I thought Judy was channeling Ethel Merman in that show.

TCB, someone is starting your car every few weeks and letting it run for 10 minutes, yes?

Yes, I started it yesterday.  Now the problem is cars bring stolen from the parking lot.  Yesterday, a car was stolen from in front of my building.

And today, after over a year and a half of different annoyances, I signed a contract that has to do with a company that's purchasing my catalog of CD productions from its former "owner." They couldn't make the deal without me because the former "owner" didn't have ANY contracts - I had them. Not all, because I threw out one binder when I moved in here, just because I thought when will I ever need this crap again - but thankfully, there were two other binders and all the contracts were basically the same with minor variations. First it was one company, but that guy just kept asking me to hire people to find this stuff in storage, but not paying for it, so I had to put out that dough, and then never doing the deal. I basically told him I was done and would not go further, but then another company got involved and I liked them and although it's taken eight months, it's finally done. I get paid a little money for all the time and trouble of finding the stuff, but I also will end up owning the Haines His Way album and I'll have the use of all Guy Haines tracks should I care to do a compilation album of his tracks, which I may. Mum's the word, baby.

That's pretty cool, BK!  Congrats!

DR JEANNE this is my favorite version of the song EVER although Mr. Bobby Darin's version is a very very close second.  This is not a digital version - it seems to from vinyl.....with all its faults.

Thank you, Jack.

Here's my favorite French version.

Very nice, Jeanne!  As is the Gisele MacKenzie version, but I do like the up tempo French version better.
