Busy morning so far: I have had two dealings with Amazon Customer Service about a scamming email and fake order and lousy attempt to send the fake email to Amazon; while I was in the middle of that Doug Fullington called me; I called him back and we caught up on several projects. I am now ready for a nap.

I thought maybe the "carbohydrate" aspect might exclude it from the TOD.

I can honestly say I don't have more than one favorite Chinese dish that is only vegetable, but  it IS delicious and it is tempura fried green beans.

I love Vietnamese-style spring rolls.

I love pot stickers.

And I love Thai dishes with peanut sauce.

I, too, had orange chicken for supper last e'en.  Served over rice.  I prepared it from frozen, but it was tasty.

It's nice to use HHW English usage in everyday life.  I was describing a body cam video where the lady in question had claimed to police that her shoulder had been fractured at 8:30 that morning.  But then, there she is on the police body cam around 10:30 (two hours later) waving her arms, almost doing calisthenics and pole dancing with a railing on the terrace. 

To lighten the tone of the email, I described the 10:30 video as  "Then Ms. P--- looks like she's practically doing the Lambada (The Forbidden Dance) with that railing."

I do enjoy vegetarian spring rolls.

We add tofu to most of our vegetarian dishes.  When it is on the menu we will order broccoli with bean curd (tofu).
