Watching Kiss Me, Kate - just not a fan of Mr. Bartlett Sher. It's relentless, there must be a thousand light cues, and the leading man is fine as an actor but NOT as a singer. Stephanie Block is trying to hard. The revival with Marin Mazzie and Brian "Stokes" Mitchell was better directed - Michael Blakemore - IMO.
