And I was thinking about getting a tankless water heater.  My mom has one, but she had to have her whole fuse box rewired.  It has been suggested that that might have to happen with mine, also.

Back from a fun meal with Robert Yacko at Paty's. I had the salad with two small scoops of turkey salad and avocado. It was a good choice and mild for the tummy.
