Well, you've read the notes, the notes took it on the chinny chin chin, and now it is time for you to post until the hairy cows come home.

I was going to ask BK which of the Fool Us hosts you liked best. The 2nd girl isn’t bad, but Alison had a nice awkward reality to her hosting. There’s also a British guy on clips from the first season.

Thanks George. I just bought brown, cage-free eggs. Might not be the same serial number, but probably gonna toss em to be safe. My son and I had some yesterday.

And then they’d ask you other questions, and then they’d play notes later on, and they’d say, ‘Which is the note we played from one hour ago?’ And I’d, like, get it right, I guess.”

The sell-by dates go back to March. Up to June 19. Most of the affected eggs have been used already.

My eggs were one of the affected brands and expired June 19. Tossed them. Thanks to George for the heads up. Had four scrambled yesterday. You can cook the eggs well but still have issues if hands and surfaces weren’t properly cleaned.

Is the deluge really over? For a while?

I believe that if we could ship just half of our rain to DR Laura, we would achieve some sort of balance.

I would have done the same. I just didn't want everyone to throw out all their eggs if they weren't affected.

I always overcook eggs. I hate bleeding eggs.

I enjoyed the CNN "Live" broadcast, and I did indeed wonder about the lighting and how much they augmented it. I could see everything fine, I mainly noticed that in the broader views of the stage, the unlit sections were quite dark. But if they were indeed supposed to be muted, then we didn't miss much.

I'm just glad they did this at all, and of course it will get more people talking about, you know, "issues". (Hah! Well, maybe.) Has it come under attack yet from you-know-who?

I was surprised that it was one act, although I hadn't even thought about that prior to seeing it. It's amazing, too, that it was shown without a single interruption. I kind of expected a "long" intermission with commercials, but, wow, the whole thing, and they went right into the after-show without much interruption, too, or nothing beyond the ordinary.

But the movie was an hour and a half, as well, and - to the best of my memory of that - this was a faithful adaptation from that. Hence, a one-act. I don't remember if the musical component was in the film. I have it here, so I should check it out again.

And that brings us to my one criticism of the movie (and now the play) itself. It's a superb subject and I love how everything is portrayed, but there's something lacking in the script or in character development. It just kind of starts at one point and ends at another, whereas a fleshed out two-act play, or a more fleshed-out film, would surely involve some more detail or ... juice. I don't know how to get to what I'm after here, but maybe that makes a little bit of sense.

And finally, here we are, at the Tony awards.

DR Jrand74 has stated that he won't be driving at night, but I trust he'll be dressed and have a car waiting in case of any last minute surprises or upsets.

I will PROBABLY be watching it live, though I'm going to DVR it just in case. And I will PROBABLY be here some of the time, but no promises for how long.

I'm still catching up on my beauty sleep following the vaccination on Thursday. No bad reactions, thank the universe, but my own reaction to these things is at least one full day of feeling "fatigued" (for lack of a better word). So that wiped out Friday from any chance of being productive at all, and I could still feel it somewhat yesterday.

Today, I will be working on Evita at the keyboard -- at least as far as marking up my book with all the patch changes and working those out in the software and in the playing of it.
