Also, good news: my union has a tentative contract agreement with the state. They were going to try to increase our own health insurance costs by $4,500 per year. That proposal has been beaten back.

Oops, Keith only had to do the low fiber pre-colonoscopy for one day. As a result I figured I was remembering my directions incorrectly and didn't need to begin my low fiber diet until tomorrow. Nope, I should have begun it today.
