I should mention my recent enjoyment of a number of Big Ass* Salads. They're basically "garden salads", sometimes with some chicken breast pieces thrown in, everything nicely chopped (not "tiny" chopped or diced, just cut into nice half-bite-size pieces) and tossed with my favorite Ken's Steak House thousand island or Russian or peppercorn ranch dressings. Not too much of the dressing, either, just enough to lightly coat everything. I make the salads large enough to be almost a full meal for myself. It's time to branch out a bit on the variety, but these have been most satisfying.
*(Not ASS, mind you. Just Ass.)
