I made my requested biscuits and gravy and some pizza beans. One with lots of cheese and one with no cheese for the vegans. The vegans didn't come today.

We are now using disposable dishes, so we're not there all afternoon washing dishes. It's nice, but I don't like making all that trash, though.

For the morning coffee hour, I made a dozen cherry loaves, a dozen mango loaves, and a dozen round chocolate zucchini muffins.

Elmore, I'm so glad Thatch has worked out so well. Joshie was just like that. And he turned out to be THE BEST.

Indeed, Ginny. And it made pizza dough yesterday while the family was here.

They are saying it's supposed to rain in an hour. Uh, sure. They've cried wolf so many times this month.

I agree with you on both counts.  It is nice that you are not stuck washing dishes.

DR FREDDIE nice post about Skip and his friend.  It's so nice when those things happen.

We have not seen a photo of Skip for awhile.......or the corgis.  Not that they should be grouped together in any way.

Jrand, you inspired me to ask - and indeed there were photos at this morning's event.  I put this one up just now.

I make biscotti sometimes. They aren't very popular, although I love them.

(June 18, 2018)

What happened June 18, 2018?

If you mean that Colbert clip, IIRC the show ended in 2014.

Guess I didn't do enough homework.      >:(

Just how many hoards do you have attending each Sunday?

Been watching ABC Movies - most are not so good, but when they're good, they're VERY good. Watched a good one called Revenge with Shelly Winters, Bradford Dillman, and Stuart Whitman. Written by Joseph Stefano, screenwriter of Psycho.

I looked up the Rutgers Church's YouTube channel, but their video from this morning did not include any musical portions of the service.
