Usually a plumber is very pleased to show up at a lady’s door and she happily lets him in and they get along famously. In movies I watch, anyway.

Not only that, they get there in less than a minute!

I messaged my doctor's office yesterday and asked for a COVID 19 prescription but have not heard anything from them yet.

They say give them 48 hours to respond to a non emergency message.

I think I will also ask them to flush their toilet.

As for the difference between StarKist and others, I've never in my life tried to figure that out. And I should. What would you, or anyone, say the differences are between the major brands?

The only "distinction" I've made in recent years is getting pouches instead of cans. That started when I was trying some real low-carbing just for the heck of it (it worked), and I learned from others that it's easy and convenient to take pouches with you to work or wherever and eat it right out of the pouch, or dump it out and throw some S&P on it, or whatever. And it's dry in comparison, which we found appealing.

I think if you look at the ingredient list you'll see the difference. My recollection is that the others have some kind of extra ingredient that Star Kist didn't. It tasted like that, anyhow. Wild Planet is higher quality (and higher priced) tuna packed without water or oil. The skipjack is the darker tuna which I prefer to the lighter albacore.

Thanks for clarifying.

The doctor appointments went well. They put us in a room together. My bad cholesterol was a little high, as a result of eating red meat so I can donate blood, so I'll give up the meat. My DH's A1C was a little high, so he was instructed to lose 5 pounds. Recheck in 4 months.

Not bad.  That's nice they put you in the same room.

Back from the CAT scan. Took ten minutes, but they were behind ten minutes but I still got out ten minutes earlier than predicted. Food ordered. And I need it.

Good.

I am very glad that my son and DIL believe in vaccines. Grandson is fully vaccinated.

Excellent.

From DR John:

It reminded me of the time I got to meet Harold Nicholas after a touring performance of The Tap Dance Kid. He was very nice to a fan who had seen all of his movies, which surprised him. One of my all-time favorite memories.

What a wonderful experience.

DR George, glad your rehearsal went well, and the name of your character is easy to remember.

Enjoying The View from Lake Como by Adriana Trigiani. It’s not what I thought it would be. And I mean that in a good way.

I believe "The Pizza Boy: He Delivers" is about a guy delivering a pizza.

I just read a little of the sample.  I liked the opening.  After that I'm not too sure.  Is there humor mixed in?  Is the main character likeable?

Jane, did you get through all of UNTAMED?

Very surprising final episode, I thought.  So glad to have seen it.  Thank you for mentioning it the other day!

The final scene ended with a screen with a promise of a Season 2.

It was renewed.  Keeping the lead, in a new park with a new mystery.

Yes to both.
