Maybe that's what it's supposed to be, or maybe the new book has a different take on things. I suspect it will change. They don't even start previews for another month yet, these are all early teasers. I'm seeing it the week it opens, in case it has a similar fate to the original Broadway run. I'm more concerned that they've cast the tenor as the baritone and vice versa. Her version very easily could just be the teaster version. Hopefully, if a cast recording is made (and I hope that one is), they'll rerecord it and it'll all sound of a piece.

My buddy that I met singing in a community theater concert version of Chess doesn't think this Broadway production will end well. But I'm an eternal optimist.
But switching the baritone and tenor parts is kinds weird. Maybe the actors fit the "types" better than their voices?
