Tonight's our night off from rehearsal before we have 3 tech rehearsals, a sitzprobe, and 3 dress rehearsals in the next 6 days. Next Thursday is dark, then we open on Friday.

A very soothing voice is that of A&M recording artist Chris Montez. Just watched a short documentary about him. He went to school with The Beach Boys, makes it big with the rock smash “Let’s Dance” goes to England where he’s the headliner over a new band called the Beatles. They take over the world. Herb Alpert always liked his voice and convinced him to sing these mellow tunes like “Call Me” and “The More I See You.” He gets a career rebirth and never seemed to age.
