My low PT count has gone up from 114 in August to 141 today....the lowest number in the GREEN range is 150 - so I think I am improving.

This is very encouraging.  When will you test it again?

I guess I will have to make Vitamin B12 a regular thing.

How much do you need to take?

And it's kind of a downer.

I really didn't want to watch a downer with annoying people talking.

I’m listening now to a downer with annoying people singing. Well, they’re a Canadian teen female goth metal trio. Freeze the Fall. I thrifted this record still in shrinkwrap, thinking, hey if they make it big, maybe I’ll have something. It’s actually melodic but so compressed and supercharged.

No one should pay 19.98 for Blue Moon. Trust me - no one is and by Monday it will drop to under ten bucks.

DR JANE although the results of my labs are on the MY Chart - I doubt that they will be viewed by my doctor until next week....he may still be on holiday.

Then we shall see what the "official" opinion is.

According to Google AI - The Thursday Murder Club in 2020, one of two in 2020 to do so. Unfortunately for them, yes, I, BK, was the very first in Murder at the Magic Castle in 2019. Do I get the credit? Nooooo.

Currently spinning a German lp of an electronic band recreating “The Music of John Carpenter.” Sings from Halloween I and II, The Fog, Christine, other titles written in German.

I got it at an antique shoppe in Santa Barbara. But it has an old sticker from Footlight in NYC. This is one well-traveled record.

I enjoyed that so much I’m now spinning the “Big Trouble in Little China” soundtrack by Carpenter. On Enigma Records from 1986.

Good for you, DR Laura.
