I was talking about Heroes Season 1, which we are catching up on via HD-DVD.

I have watched (and never missed) Lost since Day 1, and I did (like MattH) recently review the Season 3 boxed set.  I have to say RLP that I actually loved Season 3 of Lost from the very beginning--I know a lot of people complained about it, but I found it riveting the whole time, as I detail in my review.

Why would you not be part of it?

Some people prefer voyeurism.

That is not a euphemism--it's a flat-out statement.   ;D

I've never seen multi-colored rock candy, only the clear kind.  So, I take it it's available - I'll be they have it at the Farmer's Market at Magee's.
Yes, Farmer's Market does enough of a tourist trade that at least one of the shops there, if not more, should have rock candy.

Yippee-kay-ay (insert your favorite curse word here)!
I just put my third, and final, load of laundry into the washing machine.
First load is hung up.
Second load is damp-drying.
I may be done with this sooner than I had planned.

Here is a recipe for rock candy, although a double-width of thread works better than the thick cotton twine shown in the picture - not as chewey.

Or you could use dental floss, and get at those nasty parts between the teeth at the same time as you promote tooth decay!

I'm surprised that Johnson & Johnson's marketing department hasn't tried that one already!

And it is time for me to get ready for work.

It's gonna be a long day - I don't get off until 10:30 tonight.

Ron, at this point you've overstepped.

It was not intended as anything but "humor"....and for what it's worth, it was in support of your "also humorously" submitted:

Re: Heroes

I didn't really plan on losing track of the series during the second season.  I just got a late nite work assignment one night.  Der Brucer recorded the show so we could watch it together at some point, but he had a lot of other shows that he wanted to watch every time I had some free time, so instead he kept recording Heroes and kept watching what he wanted to watch, and then the season was over and we still haven't gotten around towatching Heroes.

This is the exact same thing that happened with Lost last year, and with Desperate Housewives before that.  Somehow, we never felixed up Ugly Betty... lordy knows, we had enough opportunities.

Come to think of it, there were a couple of eps of Torchwood that I missed, or only caught part of.   >:(

Sorry if the nature of my supportiveness ruffled feathers.  You can both bitch-slap me back.  I won't mind.

I always wanted to write a parody sketch where an onstage Tony kept singing "Ma-REE-a" and the offstage heavenly chorus of male voices kept correcting him ["Ma-RYE-a"], but I could never think of enough rhymes for "Ma-REE-a" to make a go of it.  :(

No, only to der Brucer and S. Woody.

And you can't watch, either.

KOREA does.

BEREA does.

And if syntax can be worked out,

DIARRHEA does.
