The Salmonella poisoning in the Bootie snacks probably came from seasonings made in China….

Currently it is 98 degrees at the Medford airport.  It is a little cooler where we are.

Well... The partay is winding down.  A few members of the current cast of Altar Boyz came by for a bit, so we put a few more burgers and chicken breasts on the grill.  And I proceeded to have yet one more Fourth of July feast.  :-X

If it hadn’t been so hot we would have taken Sherlock to the 4th of July parade & then gone to the craft fair.  Instead I went for a walk before it got too hot.  Then, in-between talking to Bryan & Craig, we bathed Sherlock.  We took our shinny clean pup into town, walked along the shaded streets & had a late lunch, early dinner along the creek.  If there had been any shade we would have gone to the arts & craft fair.  The ground alone looked too hot to walk Sherlock on.

Not a very exciting 4th.  There will be fireworks tonight & I would enjoy taking Sherlock.  By 10:00, when they begin, Keith wants to be home & getting ready for bed.  I’m too lazy to go on my own.

Hmm...  So, I will playing rehearsal tomorrow morning at 10:00am, and Baayork will be having "class" at 9:00.  So... To "class", or not to "class"?  To have my quads burn(!) for three days, or not to have my quads burn(!) for three days.  Hmm...

I've never met Jason Graae, but he was one of the stars of Skip's show FEATHERTOP at the WPA Theater in NYC around 1984, along with Alix Korey, Stephen Bogardus and Laura Dean.

Back from a visit to the partay nearby, where I did not eat.  Hence, I must eat now.

I hate to sound presumptuous or rude, DR Jose, but did you invite me?  Someone sent me an e-card to a B-B-Q today and I couldn't get it to work!  I'm just like Rita Gam: all dressed up and nowhere to go.

I saw him as Candide in Candide at the Guthrie Theater, many years ago.  He was pretty good.

Question for BK or anyone

Are you familiar with the works of Patrick Barlow and the National Theater of Brent?

I believe I met Mr Graae in 1985 when he played Elmo in the first showcase of TALES OF TINSELTOWN.  I wish he'd stop stalking me.

Well, this was sort of a surprise party.  Well, a surprise to me.  The party just "happened" today, and I think was only planned yesterday, so...  Thankfully, the gathering was small, and I've managed to clean up things as the party went along.  -I was just not looking forward to a sink-full of dishes in the morning... Since I seem to be in one of my "clean moods".  In any case...

I would have invited you, DR elmore, if I had had some advance notice.  However, the mix of guests here tonight was well... interesting.  I did have a good time, and we somehow managed to play some Florence Foster Jenkins and clips of "Prom Night: That Musical".

Besides, I think I saw enough of you last week to last me a few more days if not months.  ;)

Thank you, DR Jane.  Alas, there are two "little heart attacks" that got built into the keyboard programming that everyone "complains" about.  It's just a matter now of coming to accept those things that we cannot change.  ;)

On the upside, since my roommate bought a LOT of fresh fruit - blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, sour cherries, etc. - it looks like I'll be having some pretty good smoothies over the next couple of days.

I am, unfortunately, only familiar with the National Theater of Brent Barrett.  Who is Partrick Barlow and why is he saying those terrible things about me?

Glad you're with us 3DDiffusion.  How did you come upon our merry troupe?
