Spoo.

Sorry, DR JRand57.  I guess I was distracted by Lyle Waggoner's nether regions.  :)

Yes.  And I think he's going to need a lot of discipline.    8)

NBC's "Life" is one of the "few" TV highlights of each week for me.

Damian Lewis' character (Charlie Crews) is one of the few truly refreshing characters on the small screen, IMO.

Last night's episode, as I see it (about all the episodes, thus far) wasn't about plotting (are there ANY original plots any more?) but about character development of all the principals.

DR MattH:  I can't see any possibility for a three-way between Charlie, Adam Arkin's character and Olivia, the attorney.  Charlie has evidenced no romantic/sexual attractions for her, which is primarily why she considered moving to NYC for a while.  Anything between them, so far as Charlie is concerned, is client/attorney-friend.  That episode where he told her she should not represent a client was not his way of being "possessive" about her, IMO, but about his reading of the character of the man who was trying to get a good deal like the one she got for Charlie.

I think she and Arkin played extremely well off one another in last night's episode...and I look forward to seeing that relationship development.

The actress who portrayed Mary Ann Farmer in last night's episode was  truly lovely, and an exceptional actress, IMO.

Is that too unseemly for the HHW board?

I think the gray cat is giving us the famous Jack Benny look.

I quite agree.  How are you situated for vests, straps and other leather accoutrements?

Leave It to Beaver (hey, there were plenty of school and school-related episodes)
Room 222
Saved By the Bell (just teasing, but Cason liked to watch it as a little kid)

Goodbye Mr. Chips (I'm a big fan of Peter O.)
To Sir With Love
Chariot's of Fire (well, part of it takes place at the college)
The Paper Chase
Ferris Bueller's Day Off
The Breakfast Club

I forgot to mention:

In watching the DVD issue of The Paul Lynde Halloween Special from 1976, the body language of the members of the rock band KISS, when they are forced to stand in the background watching Florence Henderson sing, is truly priceless!

Just packaged up a nice order for Dress Circle, which included CDs from two non-award-winning NYMF shows, The Brain From Planet X and The Last Starfighter.

It will be interesting to see if the coming UK production of Brain spurs sales of the album abroad!

May Dress Circle pay you in a timely fashion!  [Do we see a theme developing?]
