Love the French version of the Brain song! Do you have a recording of the whole score?

I do indeed. I'll probably post more under now playing
Good morning, all.
Coffee!
And the word of the day is: TOPOS!
We will watch Sweet Charity tonight. I also downloaded a boatload of full movies from YouTube, all old and out of copyright. We will hook up the laptop to the television over the next few weeks and watch some oldies.

DR BEN I hope you included PARTY CRASHERS with Bobby Driscoll, Connie Stevens, Frances Farmer, and Eugene Perrson.....who later, as Gene Persson was a producer on Broadway!
It's funny - I enable something people really want, then no one posts and it makes me think I screwed something up - so if there's no posts in the next ten minutes I'm taking it away.

I like it!!!!
Hmmm.....can I post a video here?

LOL DR BEN....yes there are enough movies there to keep us all busy for quite awhile.
I put my new keyboard away, and brought back my old keyboard. It makes typing much easier. Some of the keys are in different places, and I kept hitting "Home" instead of "Delete" which caused many extra keystrokes...so this is much better.

Remember the shades are up and their morals are showing! It's just a typical neighborhood with Ruth Roman, Jack Cassidy, and Paul Anka.
I don't think I've ever seen this movie, but I want to.
I posted the "Two for the Road" poster from Photobucket.
Now, I shall try a download the old-fashioned way:
Or is it the shades are open?
Since elmore said he's only heard one of the Brain songs in French, I'd recommend reading today's notes - perhaps then he can hear a second song in French and see what we've done with the site and not just this board. :)
DR ELMORE remember the Godot sink.
DR CHAS SMITH I have decided that laptops and texting are not for the fat fingered likes of me.
Wishing DR Jane and her DH Keith a splendi anniversary!!! Hope you two kids have a great time and another 44 years together...at the very least!

That looks great, DR RP. Now tell me how you did it. The only way I learned to post images was linking to an outside website. Do we simply drop an image into the post, or what?
It is SO good to have the list of members "in" the topic back. I don't think that matters on any other site, but on this one it just seemed essential. Thanks, BK!
Whose Mahler, DR John G.?It's a pastry, ChasSmith.
Alongside Vickie and Julie (see MBarnum's card), I offer my hearty congrats to Keith and Jane on their anniversary.

And best of all - not one spam registration has come in for this new board - I still have gotten one or two from the old board but that should go away totally very soon.
Posting notes when I'm out of town just got a whole lot easier. I never had this option before, but there's a scheduler - if I feel like writing the notes early, I can, and then can schedule them to be posted at midnight. I may try that this very evening.
The Radio Show is up and running (the limited portion that is). It's so much more easy to use and I can finally listen again. Thanks, Bruce for making the Radio Show a reality. Donald's radio show is why/how I came here in the first place in 2002. I was looking for radio shows which played show music and there was Donald. I now have another Daily radio show I can listen to called
Jemm 3 (http://www.jemmthree.com/)
It's 24/7 show tunes (with some film thrown in) so when I'm done with Donald and the BBC I can go to Jemm
I don't know how big the photo cache is here and I currently have it set to delete any photos after 100 days. But still use the off-site hosting places for bigger stuff and if it's convenient. That way we won't fill up too fast, although I'm sure we have a lot more room than we used to. I also think it gives me a warning when it's getting close to being full.
Our tech guy will be working on the avatar size thing today.

"in case" or "incase" Which is correct?
How did you reach the pedals DR CHAS SMITH?
I think if you have any reaction to a bee sting, it happens within a few minutes. Scary, though, because most of us have no idea whether we've developed such allergies over the years - and some people find out the hard way. The last time I had a bee sting was probably as a kid playing in the yard.
What is an epi pen? And how long does it take if I'm going to have a problem?
An epinephrine autoinjector is a medical device used to deliver a measured dose (or doses) of epinephrine (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epinephrine) (also known as adrenaline) using autoinjector (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autoinjector) technology, most frequently for the treatment of acute allergic reactions (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allergic_reaction) to avoid or treat the onset of anaphylactic shock (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anaphylactic_shock).
I am currently available to try the signature thing.
I enabled it, and aha - I see some of those quotes no, like a Douglas Adams quote in George's last post. Have I done it right?
I found it - forum profile/signatures.
So, how does one add the quote?
Looks like it's in: Modify Profile --> Forum Profile.
I have to say that the fact that I have enabled and configured most of this board is so shocking to me on just about every level - I am so stupid about these things, but I was patient, used the old noggin' and did it.
I can't tell if my neck is a little red or if I've just gotten tan there - it looks kind of the same on both sides. But would I have gotten sick already?
According to my profile information, I make 5.529 posts per day on HHW. The .529th post is always the wittiest, I think.
The notes look so W I D E - but it is most interesting....
Sorry to hear about Harvey Korman. I actually thought he'd already passed away - but nice long life - 81 years old.
I've never seen the Spaceship trailer. How odd. Lord, this film needs a proper release in both my original cut and the release version - both in their original 1.85 ratio. It's amazing what proper framing does to make things look better, including seeing under and over the bottoms and tops of sets when it's an open matte transfer.
This week I saw both of my regular doctors. I was anxious to get their take on my injuries. Unfortunately, they both confirmed my assessment that not much more can be done, other than what I'm currently doing. This was one time when I'd rather be wrong; I'd like to hear, "Oh, we can take care of THAT!" The acupuncturist can help, though. LOTS of needles today.
The bottom line is that I sprained both ankles and both wrists, and dislocated my left ankle as well. The ones on the right were garden-variety (stage I) sprains; the ones on the left were stage II, with torn ligaments. None of this was any surprise; I've torn ligaments before--same ankle--and was pretty sure that's what had happened.
the system timed me out during my last post. Hummm...now how do I fix that?

~~~VIBES OF ALL KINDS FOR JEANNE!!~~~
When I've gotten that message, I hit "Preview" to reset it, and then "Post." That has worked for me. I haven't tried just hitting "Post" again.
I am a GENIUS. Look at the top left above the first post on a page and you'll see who's viewing this board :)I was wondering about that. Glad we didn't lose that feature.
I found the idiot who posted the CNN article. Of course when you click on the article it is dated 2008. I posted, "What is wrong with you people? Does Facebook just turn everyone into fools?"Errr, hate to ask this but was it a sci fi author?
Well then why would some idiot on Facebook post about it. I now have to go find that post and ream that person from here to eternity and hell and back.
That is crazy that spambots can do captcha. I cannot even fill it out half of the time because I can't read the letters! :)
Here is the song J Edgar Hoover from the play Hail to the Chief written by Michael Druxman and the song written and sung by Bruce Kimmel
Well, don;t forget, if you ever knew this :) - Donna Summer lived many years without her neighbors knowing who she was. They thought she was Bruce Sudano's wife Donna Sudano, and she liked it that way.
Everything is proceeding amazingly well. I've never seen a migration like it. Hell, the HTF was practically brought to its knees when they went through theirs.
I have new glasses since my avatar picture was posted but I like it so even if we can change and have another large avatar, since I still look basically the same, I think I'll leave my picture.
??? Harvey Korman had passed away already...in 2008 (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0466327/bio). He was 81, though.
In other news, I came home to my new Ninja blender system, put an onion and potato (with the skin) with a little flour, salt, pepper and an egg and in a matter of moments I had potato pancakes! I'm liking the system! I bought some fruit to try to make some smoothies and can't wait to use it this weekend.Wow! And you didn't even have to cook them!
'Family friendly', we have over 15 million views on youtube! We are most popular in countries where being seen as LGBT is still punishable by jail or death.
Out With Dad was even viewed by The Vatican!! *according to youtube's "top 5 countries currently watching" - I really hope you like it!!!!
I play 'Claire Daniels'!!!!!
Enjoy and thanks for the intro BK!!!
Trouble saying no. A friend just got his master of divinity, and I got roped into too many desserts and an app for the party. I also hate frosting cakes.
