Jane, I have compassion to a point. And my PM to the person involved was not mean in any way, shape, or form. It was exactly what I said it was, and I basically made the person aware that I'd received it so the person would know that his private PM had been shared. I hope the person will not go away, but I suspect, for all the reasons I've stated, that he's already gone. My other point about what happened on which I simply cannot bend is that I found it off-putting that someone would come here to MY site and harvest e-mail addresses and send PMs rather than just make a post - as one dear reader put it to me - they felt violated by that.

It is interesting how different people react. I didn't think much about the first PM, only surprised it wasn't also posted. While I understood the reasoning, I was a little surprised at the 2nd PM. I was shocked the 2nd PM was made public. I am beyond shocked & very sad the single PM to said person was shared with you, & very relieved it was not posted.
