I'm here, but not for long. I need to go to rehearsal, a little later.

Also, as part of the refinancing of my mortgage, the bank needs me to supply a "resale certification." What the heck is that?? The condo manager said that it's something that I'm supposed to have in my papers from the original sale of the condo, but I don't see anything in my papers that's called "resale certification." Does anyone have a clew as to what I should be looking for? $:-\$
