Today will be a day. Yesterday was Father's Day and today is my mother's birthday! My sister and I got her a meat grinder attachment for her KitchenAid mixer (it's what she specifically wanted) and we're all going out to dinner at a local restaurant called Falls Terrace, which overlooks the Tumwater falls. I haven't been there in a while, but they always have good food...if a bit pricy...for me.

Haven't used it yet. But when I get an actual day off, I plan on making mucho sausage.
