CAPOTE and GOOD NIGHT AND GOOD LUCK certainly deserve to be there. They are wonderful, very involving films even when you already know the stories they're telling.

Grate the cheese over one of the tortillas. Put in the oven for a few minutes until cheese is melted and enjoy!

If you have any salsa, you can break off pieces and dip.
