Does it count when I was promoted from the part of Miss Fern to Monica Breedlove in my high school production of The Bad Seed? The originally-cast Monica decided she'd rather be Barbra Streisand.

Whew! I guess I need to ease myself back into my New York City Walking Regime... I really am "taah-red" right now. However, since I'm planning on heading out to IKEA in the morning, that may be a good thing. -Get to bed earlier, wake up earlier, etc. Guess I should actually make up the list of the shelving parts I need to buy.

Monica Breedlove is a terrific role. You can get laughs and tears. And you get a lot of time to just hang out in the dressing room making fun of whoever is playing the mother.

DR edisaurus - The way it looks right now, I'll be in Atlanta from March 7-11. I'll be busy(!) Thursday-Saturday (8th-10th), and departing the morning of the 11th. I'm trying to see if the office will let me come in on the 6th so that I can a totally free day to explore and visit. -It's all about the convention hotel arrangements, accommodations. I might be available for dinner during my 'busy days', but I won't know my exact schedule for those days until that week. But, hopefully, we'll be able to connect when I'm down there. *And I'm sure I'll see you here in NYC when you come up for S&V too.

Enjoyed so much sitting and laughing and crying through the deliriously happy ending of P & P. SENSE AND SENSIBILITY also has that euphoric ending that just makes the day brighter. How I love these stories!

UGLY BETTY had a fine episode, and I liked that it went back four months so that Betty was still Daniel's assistant. I don't know how I'm going to like her not having daily contact with him. Yes, she's just a floor away, but the vibe won't be the same. At least her home situation doesn't appear to be changing any time soon.

Really enjoyed CSI tonight for the first time in a long time. With William Petersen's hiatus from the show, his character was kind of making the rounds taking care of his staff in the most personable manner he's shown in six years on the show. I really enjoyed that.

The case that Nick and Catherine worked was also involving, and since they're my favorite characters on the show, it made it a memorable show for me.

Of course, I HATE the Grissom/Sara relationship, so their moment together was not a favorite, but her frown seemed to suggest there may be trouble in paradise. I hope so.

Since I don't watch any of the 10 p.m. shows, I went back and watched MY NAME IS EARL, a hilarious episode where the regulars found themselves as the stars of an episode of COPS from 2003. One ridiculous thing after another, and I laughed through most of the show.

THE OFFICE was also hilarious with Michael returning from Jamaica with something he managed to keep secret for about ten seconds. Afterwards, the usual mayhem.

And Pam's breakdown was heartrending giving the show another dimension other than just being funny.

Wow...strange, wild, and radial dances are at the top of my list of things to do for fun!

Polka, Waltz, Highland Fling, Bulgarian , West African, Jalisco, Hungarian, and line/box dances (modern and 19th century)

Mainly I love polka! I was part of a traditional dance troupe, and my partner David and I were dubbed the Polka King and Queen because we had so much fun and were quite good at it.
