Did you have the lamb chops or the halibut?

I shall return in a few hours - and no doubt to read New York stories.

What is the reason for this errant and truant behavior?  Visits?  Well, we'd better have a plethora of postings later, then, because this is most unseemly.

Might it be due to the large gathering in NY ;D  I'm sure there will be loads of postings when the evening fun has ended.

Welcome sixteen GUESTS!  All sitting there like so much fish.  Those who are errant and truant will be forced to view Trog.

And one of us has to leave to go to his final dress rehearsal for "Taming of the Shrew."  Be back later!

I did, Jane. But it wasn't interesting. Not at all.

At least you walked.  I am just beginning to get out for walks again.  I wish they were twice as long but at least I'm getting out.

If I don't leave the house by 5 a.m., it gets too warm before I get home. And in the evening, it stays well above 100 until too late to walk.

I didn't get out until 10:30 this morning & it was somewhat warm and muggy.  I'm sure you would have found it cool and refreshing.

DR Laura, you really should come and hike on Mt. Ashland with me.  The wildflowers will be out in July.

Be forewarned: Doctor Who returns!

Friday, July 6th, the Sci-Fi channel will be airing the second Christmas special, The Runaway Bride, AND the first episode of the third series, Smith and Jones, which introduces us to Freema Agyeman as the Doctor's new companion, Martha Jones.

And be prepared - later in the season, one of the episodes is titled Daleks in Manhattan.  Somehow, I doubt they'll be seeking gainful employment as taxi cabs!

I have already seen it... A friend of mine sent it to me...

I was looking for Elmore's fire escape...

Are we STILL on page nine?  Surely the NY contingent is back in their homes by now, given that they're all WUSSBURGERS when it comes to this here site.

Got to meet up with Larry, MBarnum, Ginny and Richard for a very quick little while before they headed off to Grand Central to meet up with the whole group, and I then headed off to the office to get something on someone's desk that had been promised for tomorrow morning.

POSSIBLE PARTY (ASSUMING THERE'S ENOUGH INTEREST) AT OUR PLACE ON SATURDAY JUNE 30, 5:30 TO 7:30 PM, giving enough time for people to get here from their matinees and get to evening performnaces afterwards, wiothout missing any of the party.

Unless there are other plans for that time, of course.

Jane - to be honest, it was my own procrastinating that caused this timing conflict.  :(

I just read the saddest email that was sent to my church. It seems that Sister Michelle is dying of cancer and would like to donate the $2 million from her late husband's estate into our account so that we can continue the work of God.  Isn't that noble of her?

I tried to put off my procrastinating, but just wasn't able to do it.
