Well, I just made the final call to Vehicles for Charity, and all I have to do now is wait for the towing service to call me sometime in the next 48 hours. However, I also did find out that if takes the towing service longer than two to three days to make the pick up, all I have to do is leave the title in the car, and take my plates off, and they can still pick up the car without me being there.

WHEW!!! I can't believe I'm finally getting rid of/giving away the car.

Having grown up with a mother who used paparika on the top of her deviled eggs; it was quite a shock the first time I tasted my Aunt Connie's deviled eggs, which she topped with Cayenne pepper.

I'm still amazed that I managed to keep my car in NYC for about a year. Yes, I had to move it twice a week for the street cleaning, but I was most "surprised" that in all that time I only had two parking tickets!

Nope, I am now car free.

Although, after driving around yesterday and this morning using my mom's car, I had forgotten just how much I actually do like driving. Thankfully, ZipCar is now in NYC.
