Purchasing will not allow us to keep a spare, or to order a cartridge until the current one runs out. I mean, honestly!

that is pretty darn stupid!

does the printer give u a warning the ink is about to run out? ours does. if so maybe u can get them to compromise & place the order then. the cartridges are pricey so i can understand not wanting to stockpile them, but not having a backup when it takes that long to replace
