Glad your rehearsal wasn't as hideous as you imagined.

Joanna Gleason....is that Monty Hall's daughter?

So my guess is there is no Bread or Charmin on the shelves of any store in the area.  ;D

I went to the store right after finishing up at Curves. I hadn't heard about the shootings in Omaha until I was on my way home from work. My brother, who is sick and home from work, was shocked I didn't know. Gees Louise, I was working.
Very sad...

PROJECT RUNWAY SPOILER RANT

What the F***?  I'm really angered that it's the project leaders who wound up being the bottom two.  They accepted the positions voluntarily and graciously and that should not have been held against them.

I'm still anxious for them to release the victims' names.  I know lots of people in Omaha.  They interviewed a couple women from Sioux City on the news who were on the first floor of Van Maur, the store where the shooter was.

Interesting William Wellman documentary on TCM....repeated later this evening.  Originally on PBS in the '70's, and probably on a DVD or two.

It was one of the MEN WHO MADE THE MOVIES segments. It was a very good one in the series.

I agree completely. I felt kind of bad for the person that was sent home.

Interesting challenge on Pwoject Wunway tonight.  The designers this year, from what little I know about sewing, seem to be having some problems.

I might have gone a different way with the elimination, however.

I'll catch PROJECT RUNWAY later in the week.  I have about 50 chances betwen now and next Wednesday.  I can't the AgnesGooch-like Christian is still on. He scares me.  What is with his hair? Where's his talent?

Good evening

Stopping by to say hi...

It has been a long day with a variety of emotions. Fun laughs over pictures and tales are being told.

Visited with my mother today to get the casket picked out and various other things that had to be done. the service is at the end of the week.

I finished that MURDER SHE WROTE episode. I had forgotten to mention two other guest stars: Larry Wilcox and Don Galloway. I guessed the murderer correctly.

I felt like I was in "A Charlie Brown Christmas" when Lucy goes to the tree lot and finds all the colored trees:

The pink, blue, and white trees were made of feathers.

Pretty!

HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL 2 on Blu-ray looked wonderful - very eye-candy-ish. Still don't like the songs that used synthesized voices (when they have perfectly good singing voices).

I know I bothered you all asking for autumn leaf photos. Now may this desert gal bother you all for some pretty snow photos?

I have some at home Laura,

PRIVATE PRACTICE once again had interesting cases and dreary personal-life stuff between the doctors. I'm not sure I've ever watched a television show that divides so neatly between the interesting and the mundane.

And then, as stated above, PROJECT RUNWAY was very frustrating. I didn't agree with the winner, and I didn't agree with the loser.
