Good morning, all! I was up at 6:15 am, bathed, dressed and to the laundromat by 7. By 7:30, I had my captain's bed and its drawers toted to the basement. After putting the laundry into the dryers around 7:40, I began taping all the cartons to be moved tomorrow to my storage space. When I return home this afternoon, I'll continue on that project, and the two new filing cabinets I ordered yesterday should arrive this afternoon.

I've been thinking about this bed frame.

Seems the next door McGulag problem is worse than even Larry could imagine: the flooding starated in the attic and worked its way to the basement (joined I suspect by other burst pipes).

We now have trash bags of carpet and slabs of dry wall being tossed out of windows by the Restoration people.

And, I suspect, I will now have to bear the annoying hum of their humungous outdoor heating/venilation fans.
