I watched The Rookies every week. Michael Ontkean became a lifelong favorite actor of mine beginning with this show....and his battles with producer Aaron Spelling to wear his hair CURLY.....quite the news back then.
Now I can't get "True Love's Kiss" from Enchanted out of my head...
"That's How You Know." Best staging of a musical sequence I've seen in years.
My goodness - TORCHWOOD. Almost a comedy of errors tonight and yet exciting and scary a bit, too. Really ran the gamut this week.Wonder if we'll find out more about Jack and that photo we looked at with him. Perhaps DOCTOR WHO fanatics can explain that picture to those of us who are ignorant.
Re: Killing Me Softly. Now here's your real trivia question: whom does the song reference?
That it is!! [ In the movie; NOT on the Academy Awards. ]I am almost considering upgrading to Blu-Ray just so that I can view the branching feature which addresses all the Disney homages and references contained within the film.
As for natural sweeteners, I like stevia a lot, but I've never tried to cook with it; I don't know how it reacts to heat.
I know that now! But only because I went and looked it up. Interesting!
For those who are interested in the HBO series JOHN ADAMS but don't subscribe to HBO, it's coming out on DVD on June 10.
AN AMERICAN IN PARIS is certainly not my favorite Gene Kelly picture either, but there's a lot to like in it, at least for me.
I am beginning to think that maybe I have never seen AN AMERICAN IN PARIS....I do love the music, however.
And how cool (no pun intended) is it that some of the senior men in that sequence were in the film version of WSS?
