Taking a break from doing these infernal chord charts. I spent all morning formatting the lyric sheets so I'd have room to write the chords in. Then, I have to go very slowly and methodically, otherwise I tend to get sloppy.

Just came in from hours of gardening - which at this early stage consists of murdering weeds. Dig and yank, dig and pull, one at a time until I'm exhausted and then I come inside. I think I'll study my script now - since the reading is tomorrow at 2... maybe I'll actually rehearse and make ready!

I am currently listening to a CD that a buddy made for me and playing at this moment is a song called TRANSFUSION by a singer known as NERVOUS NORVUS..the song is both hilarious and gruesome and was a novelty hit in 1956...have any DRs heard of this guy?? Rodzinski? Tomovoz??

I am thinking I might get the CD or his old album.

Thank you, DR Tomovoz! Now, why aren't DRs TCB and MBarnum in Manhattan when you've got dates lined up for them? I just smelled something burning, and it seemed to be coming through the building's ventilation. I asked my neighbor Judy to come and check it out and we decided to call 911 and report a possible fire in the building. Three firetrucks and their crew just left. I could have arranged dates for all the single DRs at HHW!

The "fire" was the neighbor below me burning incense. Oh, well.

I'm sure my neighbor, whose heart has battlescars from over half the stage crews of Broadway, was thrilled to find a battery of firemen and their equipment at her door. I would call it more squeals of delight!
