Well, all of Sussex County (the lower half of the State of Delaware) has been decalred a disaster area. There is major flooding in towns like Milton and Seaford (both about a 30 minute drive). We at Rehoboth, however, have escaped most of the deluge. The storms move from the Carolinas up the Atlantic seaboard in a NE direction - and the eastren edge oftem misses Rehoboth on the far east coast.

So, while the rest of the state is deluvian, here we are this morning:
