Thanks! It has been very good. My foot even felt well enough to walk for miles and miles.   That's a first since about February.

I don't think BK willl mind me saying he looks MUCH thinner than he does in the DECEIT dvd.

You lucky lady, you got to meet the svelte BK... I am glad you had a wonderful time and enjoyed the show...

sorry to have bene E&T but due to living in an apartment with no AC I have been hding a bit in cooler places and this week spending time iwth my dad. He is holding his own but only time will tell.

Last night, DH Richard and DS Rob assembled our new Skyline bookcase from Levenger.  It's now in place in the corner, filled with CD's.  Ours is like the darker one in this photo:

Those are gorgeous...

I love the simple lines

I watched most of both twist movies last week, MBarnum, but haven't finished them.  Haven't gotten Vera yet.

I'm just nosing around the Internet and being lazy right now.  Lethargy has set in.  I feel a frenzy or three would get me out of my energy haze.

Haze there
Jew with the fog in your eyes

There's certainly getting to be a bright golden haze over this frenzy.

I spent a few hours surfing the web today, to see if there was any way I might swing a visit to New York for the big HHW gathering in October.  What I discovered is that five nights in a NYC hotel in October would cost be the same amount of money that I pay for two months rent on my apartment.  Very depressing!

Hi all, I am very very tired and I haven't read the posts, but wanted to let you know I'm home.  I voluntarily got bumped in Denver (it was too hot to have the plane take off with a full load) and got a free round trip ticket on United.  So that's cool, but as a result I got home very late and must get some sleep now

Welcome home, Cillaliz. Glad you had a good time. I wish you could have made the trip this coming weekend, though, when I'll be in LA.

Further research shows that the Japanese are far more fluent in ice cream than even I would have guessed.

Sounds like the special edition Harry Potter Jelly Bellies with special flavors like vomit and booger...well, not exactly, but sort of. ;)

Congrats on the free round trip ticket!!  When my aunts travel, always volunteer to get bumped.
