Thanks TCB.

I'm off to wash dishes.  The summer sun shines too brightly at the kitchen sink for me to do them immediately after dinner.

‘night.

Well, I'm disappointed, and I am not even going to be there!

I'm disappointed and I certainly plan to be there! ;D

I want to see all of the shows that they're presenting.  If you haven't checked out the line-up, click HERE[/b] to find out what they're performing!

Funny, I use that excuse too; even though I have no windows in the kitchen.

Good Evening, once again..

Well... My kitchen stuff is packed up, and I think and hope(!) all I have left to do tonight is to pack my clothes for the next couple of days, so...  Driving it shall be!

-Of course, I reserve the right to change mind a couple more times over the course of the next couple of hours.

Jose please send some of your excess energy my way.  Thanks to a back pain I was so restless last night it was easier to change the sheets this morning than to make the bed.

DR Jane - I hope your back pain abates soon.

Now... Is changing the sheets really easier than making the bed?  Hmm.... Getting those fitted sheets back on takes some effort.

I am most sleepy and have one more long day before I get a break. Sometimes I think a 4 day week is a lot longer than a 5 day week...

I think tonight will be the night I let the cats try it without being separated. I went outside for a while tonight and no problems when I came back in.   I'm thinking the bedroom, which is Callie's domain may cause problems, but I'll never know if I don't try.

I imagine the Floyd Mutrux who co-wrote MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET is the same Floyd Mutrux who directed quite a few films for a long while.  (I guess i could google him, but I'm a little lazy right now.)

Hey, Kimmel!  Bitch-slap this!

There is presently a moth fluttering against my office window the size of a small bird.  Tewkes and I saw about four deer on our last walk of the evening.  They usually hang out on a side street just a house away.  We've seen as many as ten there, many already bedded down for the night.  Also saw an oppossum scuttering across the lawn.  Critters abound here!  You should see the ones at the Wal-mart.  That's a herd that oughta be thinned.

Good Evening!

Well, I'm packed.  And everything I may have "forgotten" can be easily brought down over the next couple of weeks.  -Which will most likely include my keyboard... I think...

Well, I really do need to get a few hours of sleep before my early-early-morning drive, so...

Goodnight.

Maybe something exciting will come in the mail today.

We had NO black actors at our auditions for TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD and two people (Caucasian) including an official of the local chapter of the NAACP have told us that the play is racist and not politically correct and will not support us in its production and indeed will picket against it.  These are the same two women who walked into a local bookstore and demanded that it be removed from the shelf.  It wasn't.

BUT we can't do the show without at least four black actors.

So - who knows what will happen.  I may be seeing you on the news!

Sorry to hear about that...

Speaking of PROJECY RUNWAY, I just read the ratings for last week, and on basic cable (not the networks), the three top ranked entertainment programs were

1. THE CLOSER (by a wide margin)
2. PROJECT RUNWAY
3. RESCUE ME

TOnight, I began my evening watching the last half of last night's Angela Lansburyt interview. I really did enjoy it all over again. Loved watching her facial expressions as she let her face and body language do the talking about certain people.

Next, I watched FLIGHTPLAN recorded off Starz! last night. Peter Sarsgaard was SO miscast in that movie as the air marshal. Didn't believe him for a moment. Jodie gave a very good performance with this second rate material, but she's usually a much better judge of scripts. This was just not worthy of her.

Next came ORCHESTRA WIVES. I've never seen this movie, and I only got about halfway through before I had to answer some phone calls, and I never got back to it.

I'll finish it tomorrow.
