Well, you've read the notes, the notes hardly knew ye, and now it is time for you to post until the cows come home - they hardly knew ye so they don't really want to come home right now.

I'm too tired to think about the Topic of the Day. 8)

End of the summer means End of the summer vacation and End of the summer vacation means...HOMEWORK.  I had to do a lot of my homework to the deadline, that's one of my birthday memories when I was child, and for some reason, I recall it every on my birthday.   :)

Good morning, all!

DR Hisaka, does this mean you are returning to our company regularly?  You have been missed!

I'm up way too early; I have an appointment with my barber this morning, then some time in Toyland and the public library.  After that, goddaughter Charlotte and I may see a movie.

I was so tied up in rehearsal last night I forgot about PROJECT RUNWAY!  I'll check the schedule and check out a repeat.

TOD:  I would like to visit another decade, such as New York Oct 1903-April 1904, but I don't particularly wish to live in another one!  However, some DR's comments today might change my mind.

According to my computer clock, the HHW clock is about 9 minutes fast.

Woody was here but now I'm alone.

I would live in New York in the 1940s and have a radio program. And I would bring Anthony with me and he would be a Broadway actor/comedian. I would walk over to his theatre every night after my radio program was over and meet him at whichever show he was appearing in and we would then head home or perhaps go to some club or night spot to see and be seen.

My dream job and my dream location in my dream era with my dream honey.

I'm still here (but have to leave shortly).  I'm having trouble getting the anagram program to work.   :-\

If I could go back in time, I'd probably want to go back to circa 1910.  But just to visit.

Morning all.
Just finished watching "Fearless Vampire Killers".

I found it funny in 1967.  It doesn't work for me now.
Neither did the DVD and Cd of the Musical!

I think I'd visit the hedonistic 1920's - for a visit and having money!

I got to meet Glenn Ford when he was making the film Happy Birthday To Me. The film however was not his finest hour.

At least, I think she did.

TOD - I'd like to visit (rather than live in) another decade, namely the 2040's, to find out how long I end up living.  That way, I can plan accordingly, financially and otherwise.  Does that make any sense?

Good morning!

It's been raining off and on for about 20 hours. Early this morning, around 4:20 a.m., I was awakened by a flash of lightning so bright that I thought an atom bomb had been dropped. This was followed by the loudest clap of thunder I have ever heard. My entire house shook like an earthquake was going on. Really scary at that time of the morning to be seeing and hearing such violent weather.

Yes, I must remember to search for a PROJECT RUNWAY repeat when I get to the TV and cable box this afternoon.

Two GREY'S ANATOMY repeats tonight, but I've seen one of them (the Thanksgiving episode from this past season), so I'll only be watching the 9 p.m. show. Have CSI repeat to watch, too.

There are about four episodes remaining in that first season of WILD WILD WEST episodes. No way I could get them all watched, but with the new WILL & GRACE (Season 5) box arriving late this week or early next week, I'd like to have this box finished and put away before another TV box arrives.
