Well, the sellers have to agree to fix the floors under both toilets (there is moisture :P) AND I have to finish the loan applications/process.  The plan is to close at the end of September or the beginning of October.  Either way, in only a few weeks!! ;D

Pictures will be taken.  I've actually taken video clips with my phone!  I can take 15 second clips, but I can't post them.  

It does include a garage.  Other than my extra bedroom, that's the only storage.

I have a memory card for my phone and I was able to put them on a CD-ROM.  I don't remember what the file extension is, but you have to use Real Video or QuickTime to play them.  Either works.
