Well, I think I need some TV time... And since my father treated himself to a new flat-panel one for Christmas... :)

Dudley Manlove should have been nominated for an Academy Award for his performance of Eros.  One of the great acting turns of all time.

Eros was of course played by an actor named....Dudley Manlove.
A code, obviously.

I certainly think his scientific explanation of the solarinite bomb makes more sense than a lot of things I have seen on the Science Channel.

From Dudley Manlove's imdb entry:

"He had limited acting ability but his excellent voice gave him a career in radio, including being the voice of Lux Soap."

Next to Joel McCrea, Dudley Manlove is my favorite actor of all time.

Wrangler and Manlove toured as the comedy team of Studly and Dudley (or at least they do in my short film).

There were known links between Wrangler and Manlove.  Wrangler married Margaret Whiting and Manlove once introduced a song sung by Margaret Whiting.

Finished #1 Bollywood movie of the week, DUS LAKH (1966). A pretty good film about a family who inherits a million dollars (or 2 laks) but are almost destroyed by it.

Stars Sanjay, Babita, Om Prakash, Helen, Pran, and Baby Sonia.

Has some cool and colorful dance numbers by Helen!
