'24,' had an hour filled with surprises as Chad Lowe joined the cast as a toady to Presidential advisor Peter MacNichol. James Cromwell also made his first appearance as the father of Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland). I guess Donald was busy doing movie work.

HEROES certainly had some fast paced sequences and surprises galore. Loved the Hiro story, Peter's plot, and Claire's story is getting really interesting again, too.

Really don't care at all about Niki/Jessica.

Tomorrow I'll have tonight's STUDIO 60 to watch, and then if no Blu-rays arrive, I'll probably watch THE LEFT HANDED GUN which came today. Haven't seen it in a long time.

Finished the movie.  Quite lovely.

No one has listened to the sound clips?  No wonder so few orders have come in.

I listened to the sound clips...and it just made me want to see the show again!!

I kept picturing the Brain and Zubrik and Yanni!

And then I laughed.

I finished up my Baby Rani movie...golly but she is just cute as the dickens!

Kind of a violent movie, however. And I got a bit teary eyed.

Baby Rani IS the Hindu Shirley Temple.

Just stopped in to say good night. I'm hoping that there won't be road blizzards tomorrow. If the wind is bad tomorrow the blowing snow will be bad and I won't be able to see. So....I'm hoping that won't be the case.

Night

Right now it's 3 degrees with a windchill of-18. No wonder the heat doesn't seem to keep the house toasty warm.   I'm off to get under the covers...burrr...

Yes. And I made fishy-faces at them.

Me too. I should have skipped that cup of coffee in Blythe.

I am not motivated to watch another motion picture at this time.  So, instead I am sitting here like so much fish.

Speaking of fish, I played six games of Go Fish with a four-year-old on Thursday and lost four of them.

I am listening to Bruce's Peter Pan cd...the only CD I have for pulling me out of bad moods, waking me up, drying tears, clearing my head, motivating me. Especially track 3, I've Gotta Crow

Though we all grow up, stories never do....I know why stories never die, they just wait for children passing by....

Don't feel bad - my grandlads have consistently beaten me at any game that requires memory - 20 turns into a game and those kids can name damn near every face-down card on the table!
