And speaking of Part 2

DR JRand - I may have missed it, but...  Did you ever get through the rest of The Skin of Our Teeth?

DR Jose. tell Patrick hello!

DR Danise, it's so good to see you.  How's everything going?

The rains have soaked my shoes but Toyland is still there - for the nonce - and I have returned home and I have disc 2 of the first season of UPSTAIRS DOWNSTAIRS to view today.  I haven't seen the series since it's first airing and it has me hooked.  again.

Play well, DR Jose!

I'm going to have to go so I can stuff my little Cornish Hens and get them on the road to dinner for tonight.

Happy Sunday to dear Esteemed, proofed, partied, and by now pancaked BK --

Congrats to you and Merissa for what sounded like a splendid evening last night.  I missed where the actual performance was held.... the Gardenia? or someplace else?

I am envious of your "pancake group fete" this morning!

And a very happy Sunday to all of the lovely H/Ks and DRs here.  It is a sunny day and mild here in Phoenix, but the wind is starting up and looks like it may increase some.  It is Gay Pride weekend here in Phoenix, so there are a number of festivities around the middle of the city, and lots of good looking folk walking around.

Where has that naughty dear MBarnum been keeping himself the past few days?  Come out, come out wherever you are dear MB.....

dear DR Jose, -- I'm glad that you are both feeling better and have a fairly easy day today.  I'm betting that by tomorrow, you are back to all 16 cylinders, and the world won't be able to handle your energy, dazzle, and smile!

RE: the new FOX show tonight DRIVE.

I won't give spoilers. But like I said last week the 2 hour premiere was on in Canada on Friday.  I wasn't really expecting to like this show. But i did.  I can't really say if others here will love it.  But it was quite good.

It follows a bunch of people on an illegal race around the country.  The characters are quite good.  And the people running the race are crazy.  The part that i really liked is that things that don't seem to make sense are clarified later.

I'm looking forward to part two tomorrow.

Btw, i happened upon a site that has the reviews for new shows. Here are a few for DRIVE:

Thank you for the DRIVE reviews, Jennifer.  However, I think that since FIREFLY was my Spring DVD puchase, I will rewatch a couple of those epsodes also starring Nathan Fillian, plus Alan Tudyk and Adam Baldwin.

When the conductor called me, he had literally just gotten back to NYC this morning, and was about to turn around to head back up.  I just hope the rain doesn't make hinder his travel back to Westport.

DR JoseSPiano, if Patrick is detained and doesn't make it back in time, is it possible that Jim would conduct and you would play this afternoon?

Today marks the 95th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic at 2:20 a.m.  It sounds stupid, I suppose; but ever since I visited the wreck site back in 1996, I have felt that I have finished the voyage that a psychic once told me I started back in 1912.  It, also, cured my fear of being out on the water at night.

They are fattening, baby!

Feed a cold, starve a fever?  Starve a cold, feed a fever?

I can never remember...

Besides, we don't know what Belgian waffles might be a euphemism for... ;)
