Good morning, HHW!
I just dropped in for a moment, then got engrossed--as usual.
TOD:
I adore the soundtrack to THE CHORUS by Bruno Coulais. Enjoyed the film, but love, love, love the music.
I also enjoy the music of Saint-Saens, Ravel (other pieces more than the Bolero), and Faure. I recently heard a couple pieces by Francois Dompierre, who I believe is actually French-Canadian. I related instantly to his work.
There are others, but my brain isn't functioning well enough right now to recall them.
Much to do. Must go. Will be interested to hear the rest of today's TOD.
DR MICHAEL SHAYNE, do you know the work of Dompierre?
