THE ROLLING STONE GATHERS NO MOSS

Well, you've read the notes, the notes gathered no moss, but Mick Jagger did gather some moss, which just goes to show you, and now it is time for you to post until the cows come home - they're currently rolling and gathering moos.

Boo is driving me crazy, she keeps waking me up by getting into things and making noise. Obviously she slept the whole time I was gone!

Then I just got to sleep and the phone rang...at 3:00 AM!  Of course I woke up thinking it's something dire,  I didn't make it to the phone and the person didn't leave a message so I looked at the caller id. I think it was a wrong number...

Now I'm awake...

Topic of the Day:  The Society for the Preservation and Encouragement of Barbershop Quartet Singing in America, Inc. (S.P.E.B.S.Q.S.A., "never to be pronounced as a single word"). :) For only two years.  It was fun while it lasted (no, really...it was), but it just wasn't what I was interested at that time to stick with it...or now, even. ::)

And the word of the day is: JOCOSE!
I've seen Joe Cose do his work.  He used to be the warm-up comedian for several television sitcoms that were taped/filmed before a live audience.  He had a warm, ebulent personality.  And he drank a lot.

TOD:

Der Brucer and I have been involved with Log Cabin Republicans for years and years and years.  He's the more active member, I'm just there to make him look good.

And, of course, we are both members of this esteemed gathering called the Hainsies and Kimlets.  (Not to be confused with the Hainslets and Kimsies, who hold their meetings in the room across the hall.)

Well, the boards are abuzz this morning with the praises of Patti [LuPone] as Gypsy.  It sounds like the Second Coming!  DR JoseSPiano, I assume you will be attending at some point during the short run?

I work with enough queens... oh, you mean the show.

Good morning, Dingsaw.

But, at that, I've got to get to work.  (Short day today... or, that's what I'm listed for, could change while I'm there.)

Bye.

Hopefully ACT TWO will go better this evening than ACT ONE.

How can you direct a musical while sitting down?

That is a rhetorical question.
