Is that anything like Monkeycake?

DR Miss Karen, I don't think so.

From the Amy's Bread website:

Monkey Cake: A monkey's delight, with fresh bananas, pineapple, and toasted pecans; dense, moist, and chunky; wrapped in cream cheese icing.
[no picture, though...   :( ]

I bet DR Jose has a picture -- we can wait and see if he'll post one (or he or DR Jason can take a camera to Amy's). Sounds delish!

My weekend colloquium for my Master's second semester starts this morning, so I'd better sign off and get organized and ready for school...

HAIR extensions, of course.

I'm sure that if I got an extension in HAIR, it would get even a bigger draw from this site than the last night of the BRAIN...

...just saying...

Miss Karen - Your Master, huh?  The truth starts pouring out.  where was your Master from 1984 to 1986?  In Paris?  At the Hilton?

DR Jason -- you are a friggin' mensch.

No rush on the windowcard (and if your friend can't when it is all said and done, no worries) - I was just going to bring it back to Heather once I head home in October.  So, plenty o' time.

Yes, those red earrings you wore did highlight your eyes.  But that proves nothing, i tell you.

So, when do we hit the talk-show circuit?

Should we do Jerry Springer first or hit Maury and do the DNA tests?

(inner thoughts) Just listening to the Brain CD.  That Cason is really really talented, and sure to make loads of dough that could support anyone claiming to be his immediate family in their old age.

Uh, Miss Karen, I mean Karen dear, darling, snooky - did you say something about airfare and sublets?

I guess we could appear on the Maury Yeston show.  maybe some cross-promotion for Starfighter and Brain.

Good morning!

There's a cloud cover this morning but no rain in the forecast, so I don't know what that's about. Still, another 100+ temperature day forecast for us.

I know it's sounding like a rerun but: I HATE SUMMER!

bk, BANACEK was never a part of the Sunday Mystery Movie series with COLUMBO. MCCLOUD (as you said), MACMILLAN AND WIFE, and HEC RAMSEY were the other components.

BANACEK anchored its own group of Mystery Movies on Wednesday (and then switching to Tuesday). NBC tried lots of shows to pair with it, but other than BANACEK, none ever reallty caught on. Among those attempts were MADIGAN, COOL MILLION, THE SNOOP SISTERS, TENAFLY, and FARADAY & CO.

Tonight are the usual MONK and PSYCH new episodes. John Amos guest stars on PSYCH, and the episode got a good review from USA TODAY's TV critic.

Also tonight is the premiere of Disney's HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL 2 which I will be recording so I can watch it without commercials. I expect this will be one of the biggest TV events of the summer with the preteen and young teen crowd.

Just looked at the original complaint from Miss Karen's now-disbarred original attorney.  All she was asking for then was some uneaten chocolate and some undead flowers, which she claimed I ode her under promissory estoppel.

I ode her?  That stupid attorney couldn't even spell!

But I could have settled.  Live and learn.  Never be the opposing side's attorney!
