Does anyone know anything about credit card machines.  We're trying to figure out how to do our silent auction payments, and I thought we could just set up an account, rent three machines, and do it.  But, apparently it's more difficult than that.  It's a one-time event and we don't really need them after that - any ideas?

BK - could some entity there at the college that already uses credit cards for payment (bookstore, box office, etc.) be of any help?

...I may end up roasting my chicken tonight, although, now that the thought of dining out has been planted in my head...
Dang.  I had better start thinking about what's for dinner, too.

george & ebonies, good luck with the new litter.

if i were to get a cat i would attempt to use the newspaper or pellet type litter.  the dust from the clay ones can be damaging to their lungs.  the costco brand did some major damage to one of our cats.

When we had the little Ociee cat fixed, we had to find a non-clumping litter. We bought some that was in a green pellet form and she adapted to it immediately.

I hope she does.  I'll find out tonight. :)

Well, thank you! Ain't that Parade something? And... the colours in the video are not that good!

Of course, in Japan, Disney uses someone's else money hence the stunning quality!

Hmm.. I wonder if any of those kangaroos are related to the ones I saw in that very same park (I think that's the same park) when I was there a couple of years ago.

I would think so DR Jose.

Another fan of Neil Diamond's score for JONATHAN LIVINGSTON SEAGULL?  (A movie which features a credit for the divoon Leslie Parrish).

I saw the podiatrist this morning.  Gosh, there are more injured areas on my foot than I realized.  I could have a combination of pulled ligaments, & possibly, tiny splintered bones.  He needs to see the x-rays to determine the bones.  The same x-rays I asked multiple times if they would be sent to him & no one was concerned cuz they didn’t show anything.   Just about the first thing he said is sometimes the radiologist miss these.

He gave me a regime of soaking my foot in cold, than warm water, for an alternating series of minutes.  I’m to try and take it easy.  I return on the 1st for an ultra-sound which he will compare to the x-rays.

off to find two bowls i can set up for the water treatment, just waiting until i'm done icing my wrist & have the splint back on.  this is so much fun ;D

Oohh... I was just reminded I have a work-session at the casting director's office right after the auditions are done.

My appointment with the podiatrist is for Monday afternoon.  It's only three blocks away, but two of them are long avenue blocks.

May be time to break out the walker and make believe I'm in a number from THE PRODUCERS.  :)
